At the moment the size (the number of bedrooms) of all the buildings is not specified and the overall plans are quite vague.

The buildings are two-storey or two-storey plus a dormer window.

The brick-built buildings from around the village chosen as stylistic models for the new houses do not reflect the stone-built cottages which are over 200 years old and are the actual neighbouring properties to the planned development.
